This guide describes how to create and use a custom reference balloon and how to adjust so that the custom symbol can add variable text to it.

11. 16. Click attributes and for Symbol instance height choose Variable – text related and select one of the notes, and for Allowed placement types choose Radial leader and select the circle

15. 20. Click Done 21. Click Write, click OK for Enter Directory 22. Your symbol is now saved and can be used in a drawing

12. 17. Choose Variable Text tab and enter Preset value: “ asm.mbr.art_no ” for “ artno ”

16. 23. Click Done 24. Choose the Table tab and click the table and choose Edit Property 2 5 . Choose the BOM Balloons tab and chose Type - > Custom and then choose the created custom ref balloon “CUSTOMREFBALLOON”

17. 2 6 . Add columns to the BOM table that include the parameters “ rpt.rel.myrelation ”, “ asm.mbr.art_no ” and “ asm.mbr.specification ”
